Before filling out the form below, please contact Josh Mathews (254) 734-5514 to arrange a time to get sized for equipment at the field house.

If you have already been sized,
please fill out form entirely
and click SUBMIT and pay.

All forms submitted
& equipment purchased by
Sunday, July 12th

After the deadline,
A late registrations fee
of $25 will be added and 
all forms will be 
excepted up until end of
day on July 19th

NOTE: If you have a personal helmet,
you are required to
pay $68
to get the matching
team facemask.

$225 Registration fee will include;

  • Game Uniform

  • Practice Jersey

  • Mouthpiece

  • Padded compression shorts

  • Knee pads

  • Player Insurance

  • Any league registration or referee costs from competing in other towns.

Game Uniform (property of DSA) will be provided for use during the season


You will be expected to provide;

  • Helmet (available for purchase below $168)

  • Shoulder Pads (available for purchase below $44)

  • Practice Pants (available for purchase below $9.75)

  • Socks & Cleats
